From Waterworks Supply to Smart Water Meter Manufacturing

The BMAG Meter business is built on the group's waterworks background and long-term export service experience. Its early foundation came through NINGBO BESTWAY M and E CO., LTD, while the BMAG brand system later unified the group's related industrial businesses.

In 2024, Ningbo BMAG Meter Technology Co., Ltd. was established to focus on water meters and smart metering products. The business now supports residential, commercial and industrial metering needs with manufacturing, testing, certification and project service capabilities.

1997

Waterworks Industry Roots

Founder Ellen Zhou entered the valve and waterworks industry, forming the early industry foundation behind BMAG Meter.

2010

BESTWAY Business Foundation

NINGBO BESTWAY M and E CO., LTD was established, supporting waterworks products, export service and international customer development.

2021

Automation and Testing Upgrade

The water meter operation introduced a 10-station automatic water meter test bench and expanded precision production equipment.

2022

BMAG Brand System

The group unified its brand structure under BMAG, and the BMAG Meter website was launched for the water meter business.

2024

Dedicated BMAG Meter Company

Ningbo BMAG Meter Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a focus on smart water meters. The business gained MID certification and moved related smart metering operations to Fenghua Binhai New Area.

2025

Patent Development

The water meter business accumulated 9 product patents covering single-jet meters, multi-jet meters, ultrasonic water meters and water meter boxes.

BMAG Meter reached more than 1000 cooperative customers and exported to more than 100 countries and regions.

BMAG Meter has obtained the ISO9001:2015 and MID certificate. It designs and manufactures products in conformance with ISO 4064, OIML-R49, MID 2014/32/EU, and NSF-61 standards, and has been awarded multiple patents.
