Contador de agua de turbina para agua caliente
Turbine Water Meters are engineered for accurate measurement of high, continuous flow rates in applications like utility distribution, industrial processes, and large-scale irrigation. Based on the proven turbine (or Woltman) principle, these meters provide dependable volume measurement for bulk water applications.
What Sets Our Turbine Meter Apart? The Integrated Inlet Stabilizer & Strainer
Standard turbine meters can be sensitive to upstream flow disturbances (like bends or valves) which can impact accuracy. Furthermore, debris common in water lines can damage the sensitive internal measuring element.
Our innovative design directly addresses these challenges with a built-in flow stabilizer and coarse strainer integrated directly into the meter’s inlet.
How the Stabilizer Works for You:
-
Flow Conditioning for Improved Accuracy: The stabilizer element corrects potential swirls and uneven flow profiles in the incoming water before it reaches the turbine mechanism. This ensures a more uniform flow velocity across the turbine blades, leading to significantly improved and more consistent measurement accuracy, even with less-than-ideal upstream piping conditions.
-
Essential Propeller/Turbine Protection: Acting as a robust initial filter, the stabilizer effectively blocks larger debris such as grass, leaves, twigs, and sediment. This crucial protection prevents the delicate turbine/propeller mechanism from jamming, sustaining damage, or breaking, drastically reducing meter failures and maintenance needs.
