Este caudal es fundamental para detectar peque\u00f1as fugas y medir con precisi\u00f3n el bajo consumo de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caudal m\u00e1s bajo con el que el contador debe funcionar dentro de los errores m\u00e1ximos permitidos - ISO 4064<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Q2 (Caudal transitorio)<\/strong><br>Q<sub>2<\/sub>o Qt, es el caudal que divide el rango del contador en dos zonas: la superior(Q<sub>3<\/sub>) y lower(Q<sub>1<\/sub>). Cada zona tiene sus propias caracter\u00edsticas MPE. Q<sub>2<\/sub> es siempre 1,6 veces Q1, seg\u00fan las normas internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caudal comprendido entre el caudal permanente y el caudal m\u00ednimo que divide el intervalo de caudal en dos zonas, la zona de caudal superior y la zona de caudal inferior, cada una caracterizada por sus propios errores m\u00e1ximos admisibles - ISO 4064<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Q3 (Caudal permanente)<\/strong><br>Q3, tambi\u00e9n denominado Qn o Qp, es el caudal m\u00e1s alto dentro de las condiciones nominales de funcionamiento con el que se espera que el contador funcione con precisi\u00f3n durante un periodo prolongado. Suele ser el caudal utilizado para designar el tama\u00f1o del contador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caudal m\u00e1s elevado dentro de las condiciones nominales de funcionamiento en las que el contador debe funcionar dentro de los errores m\u00e1ximos permitidos - ISO 4064<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Q4 (Caudal de sobrecarga)<\/strong><br>Q<sub>4<\/sub>o Q<sub>max<\/sub>es el caudal m\u00e1s alto con el que el contador puede funcionar durante un breve periodo manteniendo sus prestaciones metrol\u00f3gicas. Suele ser 1,25 veces Q<sub>3<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caudal m\u00e1s elevado con el que el contador debe funcionar durante un corto per\u00edodo de tiempo dentro de los errores m\u00e1ximos permitidos, manteniendo sus prestaciones metrol\u00f3gicas cuando funcione posteriormente en las condiciones nominales de funcionamiento - ISO 4064<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terminolog\u00eda adicional de caudal:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qs (caudal inicial)<\/strong>: Caudal al que empieza a moverse la aguja del contador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qx (caudal de cambio del contador combinado)<\/strong>: Aplicable a los contadores compuestos, es el caudal al que el contador mayor deja de funcionar o empieza a funcionar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Flow-Rate-Calculation\">C\u00e1lculo del caudal:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El caudal volum\u00e9trico (Q) se calcula como Q = dV\/dt, donde V es el volumen de agua y t es el tiempo que tarda este volumen en pasar por el contador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"576\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bmagmeter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/BAMG-water-meter-flow-rate-Q-formula.webp\" alt=\"F\u00f3rmula Q del caudal\u00edmetro de agua BAMG\" class=\"wp-image-5210\" style=\"width:400px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bmagmeter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/BAMG-water-meter-flow-rate-Q-formula.webp 576w, https:\/\/www.bmagmeter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/BAMG-water-meter-flow-rate-Q-formula-300x78.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.bmagmeter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/BAMG-water-meter-flow-rate-Q-formula-18x5.webp 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">caudal del contador de agua f\u00f3rmula Q<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Testing-Water-Meter-Flow-Rates\">Comprobaci\u00f3n del caudal de los contadores de agua:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomando como ejemplo un contador de agua DN15, he aqu\u00ed c\u00f3mo se comprueban normalmente los distintos caudales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caudal inicial: Aumentar gradualmente el caudal desde cero hasta que se observe un movimiento continuo de la aguja.<br>Caudal m\u00ednimo: Pasa 1L de agua a Q<sub>1<\/sub>(Caudal m\u00ednimo) y calcule el error.<br>Caudal transitorio: Pasa 2L de agua a Q<sub>2<\/sub>(Caudal transitorio) y calcular el error.<br>Caudal permanente: Pasa 50L de agua a Q<sub>3<\/sub>(Caudal permanente) y calcular el error.<br>Caudal de sobrecarga: Pasa 100L de agua a Q<sub>4<\/sub> (Caudal de sobrecarga)y calcular el error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nota: Los vol\u00famenes de agua pueden ajustarse en funci\u00f3n de la precisi\u00f3n del banco de pruebas del contador de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"What-is-R-Ratio-in-Water-Meters\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la relaci\u00f3n R en los contadores de agua?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La relaci\u00f3n R, un indicador crucial de la precisi\u00f3n de los contadores de agua, es el caudal permanente (Q<sub>3<\/sub>) con respecto al caudal m\u00ednimo (Q<sub>1<\/sub>). Representa efectivamente el rango de medici\u00f3n y la precisi\u00f3n del medidor.
